Whatever the occasion, Burnsall Village Hall has the versatility & space to make your event individual and special. When hiring for a party or wedding, you can come the day before and set up the hall to your specifications. Our full commercial kitchen allows you to cook for yourself or act as a base for the catering company of your choice.
- Main Hall with seating for 120 people.
- Meeting Room with bar area seats up to 30 (optional) – perfect for buffet and pre-event drinks.
- Tables & chairs available.
- Audio/Visual equipment.
- Stage in Main Hall suitable for band/DJ entertainment.
Please note: Parking – BVH does not have on-site car parking facilities but the use of the local school playground as parking for events at the hall can be hired seperately. Please contact us for further details.

Below are the equipment and facilities that the main rooms offer:
Both rooms have use of our 15 6ftx3ft Tables (seat up to 6) and 10 3ftx3ft Tables (seat 4).
Other equipment available are ladders, trolleys to move chairs & tables, screwdriver set and cleaning equipment.
Burnsall Village Hall has shower rooms available for parties who wish to use the hall for overnight accommodation.
